Privacy Policy

• Waitlist. If you join our waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, home golf club, and (optionally) whether you're a golfer, golf professional, or club, so we can tell you when we launch and understand who's interested. The waitlist form is hosted by our form provider, Tally.
• Orders. When you buy, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and what you ordered. Payments are processed by our checkout provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Your bag. Items you add to your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. That stays on your device until checkout.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.

• To process, ship, and support your order, including returns and warranty requests.
• To send launch announcements and, if you opt in, occasional product news.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

Every grip's cap carries a QR recovery tag. Registering your grips and receiving found-item alerts happens through your free Found It Golf account, which is covered by the Found It Golf Privacy Policy. In short: a person who finds and scans your club never sees your name, phone number, or address unless you choose to share them.

Buying grips doesn't create a Found It Golf account on its own — you choose whether to register your tags.

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your bag. We don't currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our checkout provider may set cookies needed to complete a purchase securely. If we add analytics or marketing tools, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We share information only with providers who help us run the store, such as:

• our e-commerce and checkout platform (Shopify) and payment processors;
• shipping carriers, to deliver your order;
• our website host, form provider (Tally), and email service providers.

These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and customers. We don't sell your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes, and waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing owenquinn@figolf.com. Depending on where you live — for example, California — you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We use reputable providers, encrypt traffic in transit, and limit who can access customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as required by law.

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
